Doppelganger

A puzzle platformer game developed by a team of 8 students, where I served as producer. The game was pitched and completed over the course of one semester, with the small class turned into an independent studio, and the professor playing the role of a studio executive. My responsibilities included weekly progress presentations, conducting A/B testing for game features, adjusting the scope of the project, and managing workload across the team. I made some contributions to level design, but my duties on the project were primarily managerial and testing focused. We chose to change game engines to GameSalad half way through the project to alleviate stress on the programming team, and managed to complete the game on-schedule with just two days of crunch.
